Description
With open-port you can run the open-port ${port} command on any
Juju unit that is related to this charm, even if they don't support
opening a particular port in their charm code (e.g. Jenkins, Apache).
This subordinate charm will open a specified port on any machine that is
related to it (and close the port once the relation is removed).
