OpenAirInterface Remote Radio Unit

This charms allows you to deploy the OAI RRU using Juju out of the box on any cloud infrastructure. It supports multiple radio frontends, namely EXMIMO, SODERA, BLADERF, and USRP and complies with NGFI IF5 and IF4p5 fronthaul interface.
